・No parties or events of any kind are allowed here ・Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am ・No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) ・No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) ・The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults listed in your reservation. ・No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies) ・Conserve water, California is currently in a drought ・Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit ・Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use ・Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! ・No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. ・Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet) ・Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. ・A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. ・On check-out, return key to the lockbox. Guests will have the entire Condo/including private terrace to themselves. Guests walk up a flight of stairs from the street, enter through a gate that is shared, then continue to the front door. There are 3 other units at this address. All other spaces on the property are privately owned and if guests try to access these spaces, it would be considered trespassing. While we love kids, we don't want them to get hurt, this condo is not set up for babies or children. Jodi’s place was fantastic! Beautiful views of the bay steps away, but a perfectly clean and modern home that felt luxurious and well hosted! Nice touches to welcome her guests, and a clear communicator. 11/10 stay! Will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Jodi’s place was perfect for two people. We really enjoyed ourselves. It is within walking distance to many restaurants. It is on a very steep hill but that was great for exercise! Very nice place - we would definitely recommend!
