Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful surroundings by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Pool: The pool is NOT heated, but it warms up nicely during the summer thanks to plenty of sunshine. Water temperatures typically range from 70-80 degrees, offering a refreshing way to cool off on hot days. 4th Bedroom: The 4th bedroom is a futon sleeper in the office right off the family room. Wildlife: This area is home to local wildlife, including birds, deer, and occasional coyotes. Please be mindful when outdoors. Wine-Tasting Recommendations: We’re happy to share our favorite wineries and local experiences! Just ask. Weather: Sonoma Valley can get quite hot in the summer months, so make sure to stay hydrated and use sunscreen when enjoying outdoor spaces. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee is charged to ensure the house is ready for the next guests. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. While the neighborhood offers a serene environment, it is somewhat car-dependent, with fewer daily needs within walking distance. However, there are at least one grocery store and some cafés reachable within a 15-minute walk. Families will find reputable schools nearby, including Flowery Elementary School (0.6 miles away), Adele Harrison Middle School (3.2 miles), and Sonoma Valley High School (3.1 miles). This home is lovely, a beautiful escape to what feels like a villa in Italy! It’s private and peaceful with panoramic views of vineyards. The indoor-outdoor design made it feel spacious and the patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with friends and family. The upstairs suite has a balcony with an amazing view! Every room was comfortable and nicely styled. We loved the open kitchen and dining area, the large couch to watch tv and the hot tub, pool, and cozy daybed which were perfect for enjoying the afternoon in the sun. What’s great is you feel far from the hustle and bustle but it’s just 10 minutes from Sonoma Square (and only 1 hr from SF) with delicious restaurants and fun boutiques. There are also nearby hiking trails and top wineries. If you're looking for a place to relax by the pool or wine taste before a nice dinner out or stay in and cook a meal in the well appointed kitchen, you have so many options in close proximity. We can’t wait to come back!
