Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 6 guests across three sleeping spaces. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while a den includes a fold-down sofa for additional sleeping. The primary suite has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a second full bathroom includes a soaking tub. A private office with a door offers a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or quiet study time. Living spaces The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it easy to spend time together. You’re about 20 minutes from downtown San Francisco and 15 minutes from SFO Airport, with nearby shopping, dining, and access to public transportation via Caltrain. Additional details Guests have full access to the home and garden. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. The garage is not included for guest use. Please note: two bedrooms do not have curtains, but privacy is ensured due to exterior wall placement. No parties or events allowed, and occupancy must not exceed the reservation count.

For safety reasons, we do not prefer children under 12. The home contains decor and furnishings that are not childproof—some items are breakable, could tip over, or include small pieces that could be swallowed. This is a peaceful home intended for quiet stays. Any gathering over 8 people, including visitors, will be considered a party and is strictly prohibited. No events or parties of any kind are allowed. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all guests and neighbors. ✅ Parking is available in the driveway only (no garage access for cars). ✅ There is a TV in one of the bedrooms, but not in the living room. ✅ The home is just 20-30 minutes from downtown San Francisco. If you’re looking for a venue or a park nearby for a celebration. You can check out local reservable facilities at the Highlands Recreation District of San Mateo and it's right across the street from us. We do our best to accommodate LUGGAGE STORAGE when possible, but it isn’t always guaranteed. If needed, you can use a convenient service like BOUNCE, which provides secure luggage storage at nearby locations so you can enjoy your time without carrying bags around.

Please step at least 15 feet away from the property or to the front curb if you wish to smoke. +Conserve energy by turning off lights, TV, heater, and stove when not in use. +The property is limited to the number of guests listed in your reservation. +No pets without prior approval. +No weapons of any kind should be brought onto our property at any time. +Conserve water due to California’s ongoing drought. +Recycle and compost if bins are provided in your unit. +Please dispose of or take any leftover food to avoid attracting pests. +No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. +Only flush toilet paper—San Francisco’s pipes are small. Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire property, including the house and gardens. A washer and dryer are available for use in the garage. But no parking is allowed in the garage, thank you. Every once in a great while we may ask you to move your car from the driveway, so that we can get our car out of the garage, this will only take 5 minutes but we will let you know a head of time.

My family loved staying in this stunning MCM Eichler home—it felt special the moment we walked in, with original artworks that made the space feel well-curated, warm and inviting. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish, even being so kind to go out of their way to return something we accidentally left behind. This is a great place for those who appreciate art and design. It’s a beautiful home. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed preparing meals after a long road trip. Additionally, the host was extremely responsive - we must have asked a million questions prior to our arrival - and we got such prompt responses!

Dena’s place was so peaceful. We loved the floor to ceiling windows which brought such a feeling of spaciousness to the main living area and to the primary bedroom. She was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay which we appreciated. We will definitely come back again!
