Sunlit interiors and an open layout create a bright, welcoming atmosphere, with generous living space and a well-appointed kitchen. The home includes two comfortable bedrooms—one with a king bed, the other with a full bed and a convenient workspace. Just off the dining area, a cozy tucked-away patio with bistro seating for two offers a quiet escape, ideal for slow mornings or relaxing evenings outdoors.

Other Details to Note

The two bedrooms are located side by side and share a wall, making them convenient for families or groups. The bathroom is just down the hall, only a few steps from both bedrooms. Please do not park in the driveway, as the garage is in use—thank you for your understanding. Laundry facilities are available in the garage and can be accessed via a short flight of stairs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing stay. Most rooms feature hard flooring rather than carpet. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the upper level of the home with a private entrance through the front door. I access my separate studio via a different entrance located at the bottom of the stairs, so your space remains fully private during your stay.
