This renovated Dutch Colonial home blends historic character with comfortable, functional living in the heart of Redwood City, ideal for families, groups, or business travelers. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen suite with en suite bathroom, a full-size bedroom with private balcony and garden views, and a twin trundle bedroom. A hallway bathroom serves the upper level. On the main floor, a private studio offers a sofa bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and separate entrance - ideal for guests who appreciate added privacy or a quiet workspace. Living spaces The spacious living room is intentionally designed without a TV, creating a comfortable setting for conversation and connection. A mid-century dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals, while the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home. A dedicated workspace in a room with a door supports remote work with strong WiFi throughout. Outdoor living Step into a fully fenced backyard lined with bamboo for privacy. 🔊 DOWNTOWN NOISE This home is located in a lively downtown area near restaurants, bars, Caltrain (about a 10-minute walk), and the courthouse. Some street noise is to be expected. Trash and recycling collection for nearby restaurants occurs several mornings per week and can be audible for approximately 5–10 minutes early in the day. Light sleepers may prefer the quieter back bedrooms. 🎉 EVENTS Events require prior approval, an additional deposit, and a signed agreement. Small indoor gatherings such as bridal or baby showers may be approved. For larger gatherings, the backyard patio is the preferred space. 🛁 HOT TUB & YARD MAINTENANCE Our hot tub technician services the spa every Friday for approximately 30–60 minutes to check water quality. Access is via the side gate and should not disturb your stay. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. 🌿 Yard Maintenance Landscaping maintenance, including leaf blowing and light upkeep, typically occurs on Fridays. 🔥 PROPANE Propane tanks for the fire pit and heat lamps are not always refilled between stays. Guests are welcome to check levels and refill if desired. Nearby refill option: Hassett Hardware, Woodside Plaza (next to Lucky’s) 📺 TV PLACEMENT The main TV is located in the studio room with the sofa bed and en suite bathroom. There is no TV in the main living room, making it an ideal space for conversation and relaxation. The upstairs Full size bedroom also has a large TV. 🚭🐾 POLICIES No pets are allowed on the property. Service animals are welcome; however, they must not be left unattended anywhere in the house or backyard and may not use the faux grass or yard for restroom purposes. Guests are responsible for walking them off property as needed. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the porch. Please use the designated curb area. 🪑 NORMAL WEAR & TEAR This is a professionally maintained, high-traffic rental. While all linens and soft furnishings are laundered and items are cleaned regularly, minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use may be present.

Additional Rules: ・STREET NOISE: You acknowledge there is street noise due to being a downtown location and agree not to give bad reviews based on noise because of this. ・If renting longer than 5 days, each bathroom drain will need to be cleaned out/clear from any debris to avoid blockages in the pipes. Renter may be liable for damages if not checked. ・No parties or events of any kind are allowed here *without prior permission*, an extra deposit and signing of an extra contract. Please inquire. ・Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am ・No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) ・No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling). If we find that someone has smoked inside the home or in the backyard, you will be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee. ・The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation, this includes guests during the day. ・No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies). If bringing a service dog, please do not let it go to the restroom in the backyard, especially on the faux grass, thank you. You must walk your dog down the block to let it do it's business. The dog must not be left at home alone. If you bring in a pet that is not a service dog, you will be charged an extra $500. ・Conserve water, California is currently in a drought ・Recycle (bin in the kitchen) ・Turn off lights, TV, heater, stove and hot tub when not in use ・Please consume or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Really beautiful craftsman home that is really well updated to match the style of the classic structure. Really close access to RWC downtown right out your door, with lots of restaurant options nearby. Sadly I only stayed for a short period, but I will be booking again in the future.

Had a wonderful stay in Miranda’s house . It is a beautifully decorated home with a wonderful backyard. It was the most well stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a Airbnb. Also top of the line appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Miranda and Jen were most responsive and helpful in all the communication. My kids loved all the restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance . Getting on to freeway 101 was easy and quick. I would absolutely rent their place without hesitation, if I am ever back in Redwood City

We had a great stay! The home was clean, quiet, and perfect for a work trip. The kitchen was a highlight—really well-equipped—and the location made getting around the Bay Area easy. Would definitely stay again.
