Prior approval, an additional deposit, and a signed agreement are required. Small indoor gatherings, such as bridal or baby showers, are permitted, but our spacious backyard patio is the ideal setting for most events. 🛁 Hot Tub Maintenance: Our technician stops by every Friday for a quick 30-minute check on the pH balance. He’ll enter through the side gate and won’t disturb your stay. 📺 TV Placement: The only TV is in the studio room with the sofa bed and en suite bathroom. There is no TV in the main living room, making it a great space for conversation and relaxation. 🚭🐾 Policies: No pets are allowed anywhere on the property, including the front and backyard.
