Spacious retreat w/ hot tub & fire pit

Additional Rules: ・STREET NOISE: You acknowledge there is street noise due to being a downtown location and agree not to give bad reviews based on noise because of this. ・BATHROOM: If renting longer than 5 days, each bathroom drain will need to be cleaned out/clear from any debris to avoid blockages in the pipes. Renter may be liable for damages if not checked. ・NO PARTIES: No parties or events of any kind are allowed here *without prior permission*, an extra deposit and signing of an extra contract. Please inquire. ・QUIET HOURS: Out of respect for our Neighbors: Quiet Hours are between 10pm - 8am ・NO SHOES: No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) ・NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling). If we find that someone has smoked inside the home or in the backyard, you will be charged an extra $500 cleaning fee. ・GUESTS: The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation, this includes guests during the day. ・NO PETS: No pets allowed (if you have a service animal, we would like to know as we have pet allergies). If bringing a service dog, please do not let it go to the restroom in the backyard, especially on the faux grass, thank you. You must walk your dog down the block to let it do it's business. The dog must not be left at home alone. If you bring in a pet that is not a service dog, you will be charged an extra $500. ・UTILITIES: Conserve water, California is currently in a drought ・RECYCLING: Use the Recycle (bin in the kitchen) next to the trash bin to the left of the sink ・TRASH: Please gather all trash inside the home and take it to the designated trash or recycling bins promptly during your stay to prevent rodents and insects. Excess trash or failure to take it out during pickup will result in a $75+ dump fee. Pest issues caused by poor cleanup will result in a $300+ extermination charge.exterminator. If you're there on a Monday & Tuesday, we do ask that you help roll the bins outside and bring them back in, we appreciate your help. ・Turn off lights, TV, heater, stove and hot tub when not in use ・FOOD: Please consume, store or take all leftover food and do not leave extras out of the fridge. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! ・PHOTOGRAPHY: No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. ・TOILETS: Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, we have small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...should be flushed down the toilet) ・DAMAGE: Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. ・HOT TUB: Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that property owners and/or manager are not liable for injury or death to the guest/user or any of the guests/user's guests, from use of the hot tub. Do not stand on top of the hot tub cover. ・LATE CHECKOUT: A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. ($50 per half hour after 11am) ・Most of all, have fun and enjoy beautiful Redwood City!

You'll have full access to the entire house, including the main house, the back studio, and the entire backyard, featuring a hot tub. You'll also have 2-3 parking spots in the driveway for your convenience.
