Step inside, and you’ll be surrounded by stunning vineyard vistas and the peaceful beauty that makes this area so special. Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, the home features warm earth tones, abundant natural light, and an infinity deck extending toward the vineyards. SPACIOUS AND INVITING ACCOMMODATIONS --Sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, plus an office/extra bedroom for an additional guest. --Master Suite (upstairs): King bed, private balcony, large picture window, en-suite bathroom, and a closing door for added privacy. --Two First-Floor Bedrooms: Each with a plush queen bed, sharing a second bathroom. Office/Bedroom: Features a comfortable queen futon, ideal for extra guests. DESIGNED FOR GATHERING AND RELAXATION The open floor plan creates an inviting space for connection. The modern, sunlit kitchen opens into the dining and living areas—perfect for cooking, entertaining, or simply unwinding with loved ones. A cozy TV room offers a great spot to relax and enjoy a movie. Outside, sip wine on the infinity deck, take in the vineyard views, and let your cares melt away in true wine country style.

Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful surroundings by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 4th Bedroom: The 4th bedroom is a futon sleeper in the office right off the family room. Wildlife: This area is home to local wildlife, including birds, deer, and occasional coyotes. Please be mindful when outdoors. Wine-Tasting Recommendations: We’re happy to share our favorite wineries and local experiences! Just ask. Weather: Sonoma Valley can get quite hot in the summer months, so make sure to stay hydrated and use sunscreen when enjoying outdoor spaces. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee is charged to ensure the house is ready for the next guests. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM. Events & Parties: Please note that we do not allow events or parties without prior approval.

While the neighborhood offers a serene environment, it is somewhat car-dependent, with fewer daily needs within walking distance. However, there are at least one grocery store and some cafés reachable within a 15-minute walk. Families will find reputable schools nearby, including Flowery Elementary School (0.6 miles away), Adele Harrison Middle School (3.2 miles), and Sonoma Valley High School (3.1 miles).
